Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team at Fidelity National Financial in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate-level position with a required minimum of 3 years of experience, this role is perfect for a motivated and independent individual who excels in client relations.

Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and finding solutions to meet their needs.2. Manage client accounts and handle any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.3. Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.5. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.6. Utilize negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.7. Collaborate with colleagues to foster cooperation and teamwork within the client relations department.

Requirements:1. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar field.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.3. Motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.4. Excellent negotiation skills and a cooperative attitude.5. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
