Civil Litigation Attorney

A top litigation defense firm is seeking litigators from 3 years of experience to Partner level to join their team. Their attorneys aggressively defend our clients' interest inside and outside the courtroom, and tailor the representation to meet each client's needs either through a trial or negotiating an early resolution. Client satisfaction is always a priority.Job DescriptionThe civil litigation attorney position offers a wide range of challenging litigation work, manages various phases of litigation for assigned cases, all phases of discovery, appears before state and federal courts, performs legal research, drafts pleadings, motions and briefs, conducts depositions, develops facts, makes legal arguments, reports case updates to managing attorney and clients in defense of our clients.
