Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive financial plans for clients, including strategies for retirement, estate planning, tax planning, and investments Analyze clients' financial information and develop strategies to meet clients' goals and objectives Assist clients in creating and implementing strategies for wealth accumulation, preservation, and transfer Advise clients on insurance, investments, retirement planning, tax strategies, and retirement income Update and review client investment portfolios, as necessary Research and analyze financial products, services, and markets to keep up to date with changes and identify new opportunities Maintain current knowledge of and comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations Ensure that all client interactions are in compliance with industry regulations Qualifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification Strong knowledge of financial planning, financial analysis, estate planning, trust planning, and Series 6, 7, 65, and 66 compliance requirements 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning/Wealth Management Benefits Full Health Benefits 401k matching PTO Flexible Hybrid Schedule  Employee Education Benefits  Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
