This full-time position offers a competitive pay of $19/hour . You can choose a set schedule of Sunday-Thursday from 8 am-4:30 pm OR Monday-Friday from 7:30 am-4 pm. We provide great benefits, too!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A CALL CENTER - INTAKE TEAM LEAD As a Call Center - Intake Team Lead, you orchestrate a seamless flow of client interactions by supervising and guiding a team of dedicated call center agents. Your responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service standards, resolving escalated inquiries, and liaising with various departments to optimize operational efficiency. With your leadership, our team navigates legal inquiries with finesse, ensuring clients receive the support they need promptly and professionally.
