Job Description:
Impossible Foods is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to work from home in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner- Assist customers with product information, placing orders, and resolving issues- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer orders and ensure satisfaction- Use CRM software to input customer information and update records- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:- Reliable and adaptable personality traits- Strong emotional intelligence and time management skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
