Jack Cawthon`s Bar B Que in Nashville, TN is looking for one butcher to join our 22 person strong team. We are located on 334 W Trinity Ln. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable. Position pays $14/hr plus tips currently are looking for someone who knows there way around cutting and cooking some good old smoke BBQ.
Responsibilities
Process meat cuts according to portions and business standards Oversee quality control Maintain cutting equipment functionality Ensure health and safety guidelines are met including proper storage of meats Outstanding customer service Qualifications
