Business Intelligence Account Manager

The Business Intelligence (BI) Account Manager role is the liaison between BI and the customers we serve. This role provides consultation and insights to client services around what BI can offer their teams and how to engage these resources. The Account Manager also leads a team of reporting and analytics resources to make sure client deliverable expectations are met

Key Responsibilities and Attributes for Success:
* Meet with client services on regular basis to review current Business Intelligence outputs and services. Consult with management on opportunities for BI to help drive success
* Manage a group of Report Developers and Analytics resources to determine priorities and products to deliver
* Serve as client expert responsible for understanding every facet of a clients business including organizational structure, performance, business strategy and key leadership
* Lead on the planning of analysis and insight projects. Identify new opportunities to gain efficiencies and increased sales performance for client teams
* Establish productive, professional relationships with strategic business leaders in an assigned client list
* Ensure that insight gained from data analysis is presented back to stakeholders as strategic recommendations, and work with stakeholders to understand how to implement the recommendations
* Keep up:to:date on Business Intelligence practices, procedures, and skills

Whats required to be considered?
* 1 or more years
experience/education in data analysis
* 1 or more years experience in account management
* Sales experience
* Strong leadership skills
* Ability to build strong relationships
* Genuinely motivated, ambitious and confident
* Understanding of statistics and math
* Must have efficient time management skills, organized, and customer service oriented
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
* Knowledge of statistical techniques such as regression, forecasting, and clustering
* Knowledge of database techniques and technologies
* Bachelors degree preferred in business, marketing, statistics, computer science or mathematics related fields
