About Us The International Marketing & Digital team is focused on supporting international Starbucks markets to drive innovation, growth and a customer experience that enhances the Starbucks brand around the world. in a brand appropriate way. This role is responsible for developing Starbucks standards and best practices to support international markets with enabling digital programs and capabilities such as Mobile Order & Pay, Digital Delivery, Digital Gifting, Payments, Customer Data & Analytics. You will build relationships and work closely with key functional experts across digital, marketing, technology annd analytics as well as directly with our regional offices around the world.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Develop standards and best practices for launching, operating and expanding digital programs and capabilities; balancing known global learning with flexibility to address local market relevance.
Works across geographies and key areas of cross-functional expertise to inform global guidance and proactively deliver the latest key learning for international markets.
Serves as subject matter expert for global marketing insights to inform and guide global teams and advocate for international market needs.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
Ability to tell a succinct and compelling story to influence and rationalize desired outcomes – in presentation form, email and verbally
Ability to build trust, credibility and strong relationships with cross-functional partners at all levels and seniority within the organization.
Ability to work cross-culturally
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to build a level of trust and respect amongst peer group
Ability to resolve issues or debates independently
Familiarity and comfort level with consumer technology

Strong project management skills with experience driving complex and multi-faceted projects to successful completion
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
MBA preferred
5+ years – product management, brand management and/or marketing experience
Previous International marketing or business experience preferred
