Job Description Resumen de Posición Este puesto es responsable de brindar servicio a las necesidades cambiantes de nuestros clientes de seguro mediante la ventas de productos de seguro médico, dental, de vida, y / o productos de seguro suplementarios.

Responsabilidades

* Desarrolla una base para fuentes de clientes a largo plazo mediante el uso de referencias, ocupacionales y grupos de intereses especiales para compilar listas de prospectos.

* Se acerca a clientes potenciales mediante el uso de correo y solicitudes telefónicas; hacer presentaciones a grupos en reuniones patrocinadas por la compañía; hablando públicamente a grupos comunitarios sobre el tema de la cobertura de salud.

* Determina las necesidades particulares y / o situaciones financieras de los clientes mediante la programación de citas de hallazgo de hechos; determinar el alcance de la cobertura actual, y / o inversiones; determinar objetivos a largo plazo.

* Desarrolla un plan de protección coordinado calculando y cotizando tarifas para la acción de cobertura inmediata y la implementación de la estrategia a largo plazo.

* Completa la cobertura entregando pólizas, planeando futuras conversaciones de seguimiento y evaluaciones de necesidades.

* Proporciona un servicio continuo procesando cambios en las pólizas y reevaluando las necesidades del cliente.

* Actualiza el conocimiento de la posición al participar en oportunidades educativas; leyendo publicaciones profesionales; mantenimiento de redes personales; participando en organizaciones profesionales.

* Mejora la reputación de la agencia de seguros al aceptar la propiedad de cumplir con solicitudes nuevas y diferentes y explorar oportunidades para agregar valor a los logros laborales.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing service to clients changing insurance needs by selling health, dental, life and/or supplemental insurance products. Bilingual a Plus

Responsibilities

Develops base for long:term sources of clients by using referrals, occupational, and special:interest groups to compile lists of prospects.

Approaches potential clients by utilizing mailings and phone solicitation; making presentations to groups at company:sponsored gatherings; speaking publicly to community groups on the subject of healthcare coverage.

Determines clients particular needs and/or financial situations by scheduling fact:finding appointments; determining extent of present coverage and/or investments; ascertaining long:term goals.

Develops a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates for immediate coverage action and long:term strategy implementation.

Completes coverage by delivering policy, planning future follow:up conversations, and evaluations of needs.

Provides continuing service by processing changes in policies and reassessing client needs.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Enhances insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
