Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

This role requires you to work 1 weekend day (either Sat or Sun). We do not offer a M-F Shift.As a Sales Representative, you will consult with prospective customers about debt consolidation options to help pay off their consumer debt and get them started on the path toward financial freedom. You will foster trust by educating them on our program using a consultative approach. This is a full-time role (40hrs/week) that requires weekend availability.In this role you will:Assess a customer's financial situation and guide them toward the option that best resolves their challengesPerform sales by utilizing consultative sales scriptingEducate clients on a variety of financial solutions available to manage their debtManage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivityDiligently update all lead file notes, phases, and statuses in the CRMEnsure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standardsWhat We're Looking ForBilingual - Spanish (Required)You are self-motivated and highly drivenSuccess in exceeding goals in a fast-paced, sales environmentSees challenges as opportunities.
