Required Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or possession of a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) certificate. Five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in a human resources specialty, two (2) years of which shall have been at a level requiring independent judgment. Knowledge of the practices, procedures, and policies of human resources. Proficiency in the use of technology. Ability to compile, process, and analyze data and reporting. Attention to detail; ability to think critically and exercise good judgment. Ability to work quickly and accurately with quantitative information and verify the correctness of actions. Ability to work independently and exercise initiative. Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with culturally diverse central office staff.
