As an RBT, ABAT, or BCAT , you'll have the opportunity to work in the homes of our amazing clients, helping them learn and grow through positive reinforcement techniques.
The typical schedule for this full- or part-time role includes morning and afternoon appointments. We take care of our team with excellent benefits , including accrued paid time off (PTO), ongoing training opportunities, a BCBA internship program, cancellation compensation, growth and promotion within the company, bonus structures, and a comprehensive benefits package. We also pay our Behavior Technicians a competitive wage of $18-22/hour !

You work directly with children in their homes, providing personalized 1:1 support. Your goal is to help children develop essential skills to thrive at home and in their community. We provide you with all the tools and resources you need, including materials, stimuli, and best practices for effective learning, behavior modification, and positive reinforcement. OUR IDEAL BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors Prior experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records Preferred:
Ability to obtain a CPR/BLS certificate (if applicable) A 40-hour BT certificate TRICARE certification A passion for driving change and supporting independent growth A desire to be a positive influence in the community and in the lives of our clients ABOUT US Discovery ABA provides ABA therapy services to children aged 2 to 21.
