Who We Are The Dive Motel & Swim Club is a '70s inspired, design-forward, boutique hotel and bar in East Nashville. With a pool, bar, and motel, The Dive Motel works off of two seasons — high in summer and low in winter — we turn high-volume, big days at the pool during summer and offer a curated, guest-driven experience in the winter months.
As a Bartender at The Dive Motel, you will be responsible for accurately, safely, and efficiently serving drinks while creating a memorable guest experience.
Main Duties Bar Set Up & Breakdown | maintain cleanliness of bar, set up, break down & stock bar for success, and preparing fresh ingredients for service Bartend | accurately, safely, and efficiently serve all guests while providing exceptional service Hospitality | Use steps of service to provide professional, friendly and consistent service Teamwork | Communicate effectively with team and management about guest and bar needs Required Skills/Qualifications: Driven and self-motivated Above average verbal communication skills Flexible schedule Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions General computer proficiency Detail oriented Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Regular and reliable attendance Previous service experience preferred Physical Requirements :
Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands. Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours. Must be able to work outside in hot environment Fast-paced movements are required to go from one part of the property to another. Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds.
