Job summary
Looking for a talented individual to join our team for a mix of bar and serving shifts.Small team that provides a guest first style of hospitality.Serving & bar experience required with a desire to continue growing in both.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for all aspects of the guest experience at the bar and/or tableside.• Prepare, mix, and serve consistently excellent beverages to guests.• Maintain warmth and hospitality in all correspondence with guests.• Complete opening and closing side work checklist for shift daily.• Help guests to make selections from food and beverage menus.• Take orders from guests and enter them into POS with 100% accuracy.• Check identification of customers who appear under 30 to verify legal drinking age.• Communicate with the kitchen to manage timing of courses and guest feedback.• Process guest payments in a timely and accurate manner.• Maintain sanitation to DOH standards and keep work area clean and organized.
Requirements
• Minimum 1+ years of bartending experience in a restaurant.• Bassett and Food Handler Certified.• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.• Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Toast POS systems.• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.• Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods.• Polished personal presentation: grooming meets Company standards.
