Responsibilities
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks• Engage with customers, take orders, and serve beverages promptly• Process customer payments and handle cash transactions• Ensure cleanliness of facility and equipment• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies• Adhere to alcohol regulations and prevent intoxication• Provide drink recommendations and share menu knowledge• Work collaboratively with other staff members• Ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Proven experience as a bartender or relevant training• Obtain required licensing and certification• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks• Familiarity with alcohol regulations and responsible service• Strong English, interpersonal, and communication skills• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
