What the Quality Assurance Inspector will do: Inspect incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials Inspect in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and completing inspection reports Document inspection results in reports and logs and input data into a quality system Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results What you need to be the Quality Assurance Inspector: High school diploma or GED #Metrojobs ASQ certified 3+ years of experience in quality manufacturing Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs Ability to use a variety of hand tool inspection equipment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and instructions, system schematics, GD&T blueprints, and technical policy or maintenance instructions Knowledgeable of the most current AS9100, AS9120 and ISO 9001 specifications What are you waiting for?
