Our cannabis client is looking for a Full Time Associate Project Manager to join their team!
This role is hyrbid, one day/week onsite at the downtown office. Metra accessible.
This role is an exciting for a Associate Project Manager to execute creative deliverables requested by brand, retail, wholesale and events teams. You'll be responsible for ongoing traffic operations, defining project schedules, scope of projects, and managing them through completion.
Deliverables will include a mix of B2B and B2C projects; collateral, posters/signage, advertising, OOH, POP and merchandising displays, packaging, renderings, presentations and corporate requests.
Requirements of the Associate Project Manager: Project Management Experience; 1+ years ideally agency Experience routing CPG deliverables; cannabis PLUS Account experience, interacting brand team PM software experience; client uses Workzone Associate Project Manager Responsibilities Include: Supporting creation of briefs & kick off information Scheduling internal meetings & take meeting notes Creating project timelines final deadlines Identifying & align all required resources Updating & storing all required project documents/files Keeping the project on track & on schedule Routing creative deliverables for review & approval Escalate issues / concerns Our client offers eligible employees benefits including, major medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(K)-match program, FSA/HSA programs, LTD/STD options, life insurance and AD&D.
