Qualifications & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager to participate in the creation of new products and features for the Nissan/INFINITI U.S. and Canada programs.To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in end-to-end project management. Your main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations and improving overall user experience. Our ideal candidates should combine technical background with a Business Administration or Marketing degree.Ultimately, you’ll work with internal teams to build products that fill gaps in market and increase customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for working with development, account, and client teams to achieve set goals.ResponsibilitiesSuggest product enhancements to improve user experiencePerform quality assurance controls on productsCoordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutionsConduct research to identify customer needs and market gapsPrioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelinesWork with PMO and Engineering to refine backlogs to align with roadmapsCreate support and training documents for internal and external usersParticipate in system configurationAnalyze competitionRequirementsPrevious work experience as an Associate Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar roleExperience managing the entire product lifecycleFamiliarity with market research, consumers’ behavior and marketing techniquesHands-on experience with web technologiesKnowledge of project management tools, like Confluence or TFSStrong time management skillsGood communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teamsBS in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field preferred
