TheAssociate Product Director - Plastic Surgeryis responsible for supporting the U.S. market strategy and execution for the Plastic Surgery device franchise, including the breast implant and tissue expander portfolio. In this position, the individual will have the opportunity to support many facets of the business, including: product launches, sales forecasts, consumer marketing programs, professional marketing programs, selling tools, and customer engagement.
Main Areas of ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategies and tools to support the NATRELLE® portfolio, working closely with the Marketing Director and marketing team.
Including the development of direct sales tools, peer to peer promotion, budget management.
Develop and lead critical programs for Plastic Surgery, including NATRELLE Gel Trial Program, Brilliant Distinctions, Allergan Partner Privileges, and consider new innovative programs to drive the business.
Work closely with support functions to ensure close collaboration including Regenerative Medicine Marketing and Sales, CRM, Portfolio Marketing, Market Research, and Facial Marketing and Sales Teams.
Provide support for launch products and new SKUs, including inventory management, forecasting and communicating with the plastics & regenerative medicine sales forces.
Customer orientation - spend time in the field with sales force and customers, attend major meetings and internal sales and marketing meetings.
Education and ExperienceBachelor?s degree or equivalent is required; Master?s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 ? 10 years of business experience of which at least half should be in pharmaceutical sales/marketing.
Product launch experience desired.
Plastic Surgery and/or medical device marketing experience desired.
Social media and consumer marketing experience desired.
