Job DescriptionManages four satellite operations: Squires Food Court, Graduate Life Center (GLC) food venue, Goodwin Hall food venue, and Johnston Student Center Viva Market, under the direction of the Associate Director. Responsibilities include execution of menu plan, budget plan, personnel plan, supervision, counseling, training and development of employees, customer relations, safety and sanitation, and the security and maintenance of buildings and equipment. Ensures a safe and sanitary environment for customers and employees and that all policies and procedures are followed. Ensures that all corporate standards are being followed on a daily basis.
