You will play a multi-faceted role, serving as a goal driven seller of group and ancillary revenues and provide day to day leadership support of the sales and conference planning team at a beautiful, 400 plus acre conference facility in Westchester NY.
Candidates will initiate new sales, prospects and qualifies leads and solicits potential clients. Generate data, analyze, and recommend strategies and action within an assigned territory to impact our business. Prepare and provide recommendations for revenue opportunities.
Additionally will prepare and review group sales forecast with Area Director, GM and Director of Finance.
Utilize Delphi FDC to maintain accurate notes and traces for accounts and will also ensure the sales team does the same.
Annual salary $80k-$85 plus a Sales Incentive Plan paid quarterly based on booking production up to an additional 20% of salary.
Qualifications: Must have a clean, valid Driver's License 5+ years of experience in a leadership sales role for a hotel or resort Bachelors degree or equivalent Experience in computer applications, i.e Microsoft O365, Delphi FDC Excellent verbal and written communications skills both internally and externally Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally to achieve goals Outgoing personality with problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and deal well with pressure Ability to remain positive and constructive under stress Compensation Range:The compensation for this position is $80,000.00/Yr. - $90,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
