Job Summary: The University of Kentucky, Department of Internal Medicine is seeking excellent candidates in Internal Medicine for an opportunity for an academically-oriented position in the Division of Palliative and Supportive Care University faculty practices. There are both inpatient and outpatient opportunities. The team is well supported by an interdisciplinary palliative care team.
This position will have full clinical faculty appointment, competitive compensation and benefits. Candidates must be board eligible or board certified in any qualifying residency that allows for completion of the Hospice and Palliative Medicine Board Certification. Residency completion includes, but is not limited to, Internal Medicine, Med Peds, Family Medicine, Surgery, Neurology, Psychiatry, PM&R, and Emergency Medicine.
Salary will be commensurate with the applicant's qualifications and professional experience.

Required Education: MD Degree or Equivalent
Required Related Experience: Completion of residency training
Required License/Registration/Certification : Board-certified or board-eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
