Summary Job Statement

Must be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and support related tasks and be able to work independently with little or no supervision. Must be organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a group of diverse people and programs. Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast:paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

:
Proactive and polished verbal and written communication style; able to generate high quality emails and documents that will be distributed to individuals at all levels of the organization and high level of customer service skills. Create Hot Shot orders for customer pickup.
:

Coordinate the SCM schedule; prioritizing functions and appointments, ensuring that meetings, deadlines, presentations and other duties of the Sales Center are carried out seamlessly. Welcomes on:site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
:

Assist in the analysis and preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
:

Support coordination and planning of projects, meeting, sales rallies, business activities and other events. Understand handheld invoice procedure.
:

Ability to thrive in a fast:paced environment supporting multiple managers and work independently as well as part of a team. Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information
:

A strong sense of ethics with the capability of maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Exceptional interpersonal skills including approachability and ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Provide administrative support to include travel arrangements, T and E requests, calendar management and other administrative tasks.

Responsible for Margin Minder Reports, CONA ordering/POS and Racks and process donation requests.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Valid Drivers License and compliance with CCBCUs Fleet Policy
:

Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
