Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Walgreens Boots Alliance in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level Accounts Payable professional, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:- Processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions- Communicating with vendors to resolve payment issues- Assisting with month-end closing procedures- Providing analysis and presenting findings to management as needed- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiencies

Requirements:- 4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or related field- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
