Accounting Specialist, Ft Days

Woodside is searching for our new Accounting Specialist!
Monday-Friday, Days
Join our Finance Department as our Accounting Specialist and you will be responsible for the biweekly processing of payroll for all facilities including the maintenance of deductions, benefits, garnishments, and tax withholding charges, submission of various state and Federal payments, and preparation of reoccurring reports and tax documents. Position is primarily responsible for the accounts payable process for the organization as well as the fixed asset recordkeeping, month end financial duties, and providing assistance to the Finance Director for various projects. Position also assists the Business Office with administrative duties.  Woodside has a family friendly, flexible culture. Position requires an associate's degree in accounting or comparable experience in lieu of a degree. Previous accounting experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
