PAY, SIGNING AND RETENTION BONUSES WILL BE COMMENSURATE WITH LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE. PAY RANGE $40,000 TO $65,000 PER YEAR. You will operate within a multi company environment, which includes a service based business and and manufacturing business.  You will process and provide data via an ERP system, which includes financial data, WIP processing, manufacturing inventory control, service/repair orders and a privately held structure.  
Person will assist with some HR functions and a variety of work found in small companies.

EDUCATION:
Minimum Associate Degree required but will consider level of experience.
PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum three years accounting experience 
SPECIALIZED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
Microsoft Office Suite
ERP and Accounting Software experience, Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience helpful
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Small company experience where you enjoy a wide variety of tasksExcellent time management skills and the ability to be dependable
Able to coordinate a wide variety of activities

EQUIPMENT/MACHINERY USED: Personal computer and all office machines
