Job Description:

Anthem is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Indianapolis, Indiana, US. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong passion for providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:1. Provide account support to clients, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.2. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any account-related issues.3. Assist with account setup, maintenance, and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist clients.5. Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.7. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.8. Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work well under pressure.
