Responsibilities
As an Account Supervisor at MMC, you and your team of outstanding professionals are responsible for broad-reaching and award-winning corporate programs. Supporting a corporate reputation campaign, you will have the opportunity to drive diverse 360 programming – CR, media, social media, employee engagement, events, digital, creative.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership
Counsel clients and drive client leadership
Foster strong relationships with clients, counseling them and supporting as a trusted advisor
Serve as key contact for client on multiple projects
Actively participate in and/or lead client meetings and presentations
Strategic Planning
Research and evaluate client and industry information to contribute creative and strategic input to client plans
Contribute ideas internally and with clients throughout the programming process
Partner with client and agency partners to help determine and meet objectives, target audiences, KPIs
Communications Execution
Work with a large, integrated teams to execute program activities and strategic planning
Maintain project timelines and ensures deadlines are met
Work with team leaders to ensure that client goals are clearly set and met for each program element
Develop client communications and press/consumer materials; help secure client approvals
Supervise media monitoring and report media results
Financial Management
Oversee billing for a large multi-million dollar account
Develop annual staffing plans for multiple accounts
Track program expenses and alert supervisor to potential issues
Prepare line-item budgets and scopes of work
Qualifications
Key Requirements
5+ years’ experience with a minimum of 3 years in Corporate communications, CSR, or Employee Engagement
Knowledge of Corporate communications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field. Master’s Degree in corporate communications a plus.
Experience working with global markets and/or as a lead agency in a global program a plus
Proven success at the AS level or equivalent
