Our client is currently seeking an Account Executive to represent our their home warranty products in an outside sales environment. The Account Executive will be responsible for marketing to real estate professionals, as well as mortgage and title companies in the assigned territory - increasing existing business as well as developing new accounts. You will have the opportunity to not only establish long-term relationships with your customers but to also build new relationships while contributing to the growth of the company.
Ideal candidate has strong business to business sales experience, is looking for a fun yet challenging sales position with uncapped commission and a desire to work with a manager that is heavily invested in your personal development! Additionally, excellent communications (verbal and written), organizational skills and presentation skills are necessary. Experience in real estate, insurance or title is preferred. Successful candidates have included those who are/were real estate professionals, teachers, or corporate trainers.
Compensation includes base, commission (uncapped), expenses and full corporate benefits.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Maintain current accounts in designated sales area.
Develop new accounts and business in assigned territory.
Promote to and educate real estate agencies and professionals on the benefits of home warranty programs to better prepare them to work with home buyers in need of our services.
Stock offices within territory with brochures and other marketing collateral
Assist our realtor clients with questions or inquiries regarding their clients.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in Real Estate, Insurance or Title, however will consider candidates from companies with robust sales training programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with equally good listening and opportunity qualification skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Experience in outside sales and B2B business development preferred.
Experience working in "virtual" account teams-field sales.
An overall passion for sales within a home service environment and for the business value it drives.
Willing and able to travel within assigned territory.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and agents.
