As the Lead for Wholesale Product Solutions – Billing & Account Analysis, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Technology to refine, partner or develop a billing platform which will connect with our online platform solution, capable of integrating with multiple vendors to provide a cohesive billing and analysis experience for treasury management solutions. You will lead other product managers across sprint teams from product definition to development, launch and iteration. The scope of your team spans all treasury services within the digital banking platform associated with billing options and account analysis. Effective collaboration with stakeholders, while developing the long-term strategy and vision of the platform, is key. In this role you will champion the voice of our LOB's and stakeholders to deliver a platform that is not just reliable, accurate, scalable, and secure, but resembles Flagstar's vision for customer experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Planning (40%):
Partners with division management to create a strategic plan for the Treasury Management group. Actively collaborates in the development, implementation and roll-out for new business products and product enhancements, including pricing, agreements, implementation documents, and standards. Works in partnership with internal stakeholders from product development, vendor management and Sales to stimulate and generate ideas in the development and enhancement of products/services, including recommendations for and prioritization of the product/service development and annual budget and funding justification consistent with our strategic direction. Team Management (30%):
Monitors and coaches' performance of team members, ensuring that relationships are created and maintained, taking appropriate action to ensure goals are achieved (including sourcing deals personally), while taking corrective actions if goals are not being achieved and leveraging expertise and knowledge to develop an outstanding team. Responsible for attracting, developing and coaching a successful sales and product management team. Responsible for recommendations on hiring, training, development, and handling of salary administration, performance reviews, and employee relations issues. Operational (20%):
Effectively interfaces with appropriate business lines to ensure there is appropriate technical support and resources for new or enhanced product/services. Applies sales cycle knowledge including sales planning, sales approach, and providing solutions to business customers of all sizes. Refines operational duties through solution expertise to identify systems issues and the ability to triage and resolve those issues to ensure excellence in customer service. Develops the process for measuring trends and patterns relative to product/services, competitive patterns, market share, and market perception and image. Governance (10%):
Participates in audits and other special projects. Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Completes all required compliance training. Maintains knowledge of and adheres to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. Takes responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies. ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required. Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. JOB REQUIREMENTS Required Qualifications: Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) (Business, Accounting, Finance, or Data Science/Analytics) Minimum experience required: 8+ Years of treasury management experience with wholesale accounts/billing and account analysis expertise at the client level. Direct involvement and/or Voice with Receivables Networks, such as: AFP, Curinos, S&P Global Reporting, Precision Lender and other external vendors, Experience and expertise in Core DDA and Loan systems; such as Fiserv, FIS, JackHenry, etc. Job Competencies: Proven ability to prioritize work for team by dividing time, attention and effort between assigned workload and on-going support tasks/projects. Proven ability to easily adapt to changes in processes, procedures and priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communicator, both verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner. Strong organizational skills. Physical demands (ADA): The job requires a moderate degree of physical exertion and stamina such as standing, sitting, walking, driving or infrequent lifting.
