Job Description:
As a Web Chat Specialist at Tenet Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from San Diego, California as part of our dynamic team. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, possess strong project management skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with others.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding healthcare services- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or web chat role- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask- Excellent project management and cooperation skills- Motivated and energetic personality- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using web chat software and Microsoft Office suite
