Job Description:
Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in web chat management and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat team- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through online chat interactions- Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management- Train and mentor chat agents to improve their communication and problem-solving skills- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field- 7 years of experience in web chat management or a related role- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment- Driven and energetic personality traits- Excellent persuasion and analysis skills- Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly
