Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Web Chat Associate to join our team at Express Scripts Holding. This is a remote work position based in Houston, Texas, US. The Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This position is part-time with an Associate level of seniority and requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively through web chat- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies- Utilize resources and research skills to find solutions to customer issues- Document all interactions and ensure accurate and thorough records are maintained- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current on company policies and procedures

Requirements:- Resilient and passionate attitude towards customer service- Excellent cooperation and research skills- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail- Ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required
