Responsibilities
• System Configuration, including setting up parameters, defining workflows, and creating rules for inventory management• System Maintenance to ensure proper maintenance and updates• User Training on how to use the system• Data Analysis to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and improve efficiency• System Integration with other systems• Technical Support for site team and customer• Developing and executing test and project plans
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in IT or similar field or equivalent experience• 4+ years of transportation or logistics experience• 4+ years of experience in a similar role• Strong technical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills• Experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with inventory management best practices• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
