Essential Job Functions Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Ensure internal and external customer needs are met on a daily basis. Assist with training staff. Full adherence to health and safety policy and procedures. Oversee the preparation of the warehouse for the next shift. Lead, coordinate and oversee day to day Warehouse operations. Assist with product cycle counts and site inventory accuracy. May interact with customers in resolving delivery, or order issues. Ability to coach, develop, engage and retain a team of employees. Timely and accurate data entry for all services performed. Ensure daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations. Other tasks as assigned by leadership Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred 1-2 years relevant experience, manufacturing setting preferred Ability to read, understand and maintain records as required Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Physical Requirements:
