Virtual Special Education Teacher

We are in search of a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our dynamic virtual teaching team. Our mission is to provide remote learning opportunities for students with special needs throughout Massachusetts, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment that nurtures their academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs) to cater to each student's unique needs.
Craft engaging virtual learning experiences that resonate with students.
Deliver one-on-one and small group instruction through virtual platforms.
Collaborate closely with parents, guardians, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for students.
Continuously assess students' progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records and actively participate in virtual meetings.
Offer Math and Reading Intervention to students as needed.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid special education teaching certification in Massachusetts.
Prior experience in virtual or traditional special education settings.
Proficiency with virtual learning platforms and digital tools.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.

Hours: 32.5 hours per week
Caseload: 4th and 5th grade
Employment Type: 1099 Contract
Hourly Rate: Consistent for both direct and indirect services
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 55,000.00 72,000.00 Per Year
