What You'll Do:
Set ambitious goals for departmental performance and activities, fostering a culture of continual improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities based on market insights and customer feedback.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to our Estimating, Project Management, and Detailing teams, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities.
Analyze key performance indicators and departmental expenses to drive profitability while maintaining our high standards of quality and service.
Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, contractors, and vendors, playing a pivotal role in expanding our network and business reach.
What We're Looking For:
A bachelor's degree in construction management is preferred, but not required.
10+ years of experience in senior organizational roles, with a background in Construction or Steel industries being advantageous.
Exceptional leadership and management skills to galvanize teams and drive organizational initiatives forward.
Proven ability to make mission-critical decisions, solve complex problems, and drive process improvements.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster collaboration and drive results.
