Key Responsibilities:
Provide visionary leadership, keeping a strategic perspective to anticipate challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications:
Required: Custom manufacturing experience, 3+ years in executive management, strong financial acumen, excellent customer relations skills.
Preferred: Experience in graphite or CNC fabrication, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field, experience in smaller organizational settings.
Desired: Graphite manufacturing and sales experience.
