• Ensure organizational effectiveness through continuous improvements• Manage performance and address non-conformances• Drive continuous improvement activities and kaizens• Coach and mentor team members• Implement safety policies and standards
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering• Minimum 7 years related experience• Minimum 2 years of Leadership experience• Experience in Mechanical products is a plus• Organization and planning skills• Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment• Experience with safety standards• Strong written and verbal skills• Computer skills using MS office programs
