Responsibilities
• Convert purchase orders for the services sales team throughout the United States• Hand off orders to execution teams• Communicate with interdepartmental teams• Manage order hand off process• Follow up with operations groups• Troubleshoot order flows• Develop and maintain documentation• Collaborate with anyone in the organization• Set up new customer accounts• Track related SR/Email to case Queue
Requirements
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience• Knowledge of electrical power distribution products preferred• Experience in BFO, SEA, Q2C, and BFS a plus• Self-motivated team player• Good time management, verbal, and written communication skills• Effective utilization of company software programs• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
