Zoox is looking for a highly organized and ambitious Recruiting Coordinator to join our University Relations team. You will work with the Program Manager and recruiters to support high-volume recruiting coordination and to support University program events. You will provide a great intern experience starting from the recruitment stage to internship completion.In this role, you will:Partner with the University recruiters to schedule candidate interviews (onsite, virtual, and phone) for both technical and non-technical rolesManage the interview process to ensure we provide an exceptional candidate experienceWork closely with the Program Manager to support external-facing university events as well as intern-specific event planningIdentify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in the interview process and implement appropriate solutionsWillingness to take ownership of cross-functional tasks within the UR team on an as-needed basisQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple tasksHighly organized with the ability to prioritize a variety of competing priorities effectivelySelf-directed and able to balance a high sense of urgency with meticulous attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAdept ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change while maintaining a professional demeanorDrive to build rapport with both candidates and internal business partnersExperience working within a University program or recruiting organization preferredCompensationThis is a contract position and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with Zoox.
