The Talent Team is the heartbeat of UWM, it's essential to our continued growth and success. As a University Recruiter, you are responsible for the full-cycle recruiting of our Summer Internship Program, including: job posting management through Handshake & LinkedIn, sourcing prospective candidates, collaborating with senior leadership throughout the company, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews, extending offers and completing necessary paperwork to on-board the Summer Team Members. On top of day-to-day recruiting efforts, the University Recruiter also supports the Campus Ambassador & Externship Programs. University Recruiters work with a high sense of urgency, have the ability to multi-task and can handle multiple projects at once.
Review resumes for requirements, conduct phone and face-to-face interviews, and work with hiring leaders to deliver candidate resumes & notes  Attend both in-person and virtual career fairs to network with students  Build relationships with universities across the state of Michigan Support our Campus Ambassadors at their universities as they promote UWM on campus through events & social media  Facilitate professional development workshops to college students through our Externship Program  Provide an elite client experience throughout the entirety of the recruiting process  Partner closely with hiring leaders throughout the company to provide consistent and timely updates  Identify & use creative sourcing techniques when necessary for locating the right candidate  Required:
Associates degree 1-3 years of recruiting experience  Social Media and Job Posting Experience Ability to handle multiple projects at once (i.e. Campus Ambassador Program, Handshake Campaigns, Externship, etc.)  Strong oral and written communication skills  High level of integrity and confidentiality  Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment  Scheduling events and time management  Preferred: 
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications or Marketing 1-3 years of university recruiting experience Ready to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
