Customize Amazeum exhibit hall experiences in collaboration with the Guest Experience team Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using database software

Unleash your passion for learning and join us at the Scott Family Amazeum! Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED certificate
1+ year of experience within a field trip program (museum, cultural attraction, or similar)
1+ year of experience working with children; informal education setting experience preferred
1+ year of experience working with schools and/or out-of-school time providers
Basic understanding of inquiry-based and/or play facilitation
Minimum age of 18+ years at the time of hire
Physical Requirements: Must be able to move up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs occasionally
Ability to travel to and from worksites
Preferred Requirements: BS/BA/AA degree in Education, Play Therapy, Museum Studies, or related field
Completed degree preferred
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and database software
Dynamic, determined, and personable; enjoys working with both children and adults
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual skills desired but not required
