Job Summary Tutors will work in summer learning programs in Bulloch County and Savannah Chatham Public School System. Tutors will work with elementary school students to develop their reading and writing skills. Paid training will be provided prior to the start of the summer learning programs.
Temporary employees are employed according to departmental need and the length of time will vary by workload and may not exceed 1300 hours worked in a 12-consecutive month period. Responsibilities Tutor students Shift Specifics 20 hours per week Flexible with schedule of availability 8:00 am -12:00 pm Monday - Friday May 24 - 25 (two 8-hour training days) and May 30 - June 30 - Tutoring on site Required Qualifications Educational Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Proposed Salary $20.00 per hour
This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
