Trust And Estate Paralegal

LHH is currently assisting one of our clients bring on a T&E Paralegal in Portland, Oregon! The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of trust and estate experience. If this position interests you please send resumes to Duties: Prepare pleadings, correspondence and related documentation for probate matters (including annual accountings), and trust admin matters Must be able to assemble info for federal and state estate tax returns; prepare initial draft returns; coordinate all aspects of filing estate tax returns Must be able to manage calendar of reporting and filing deadlines for estate/trust administration and tax reporting process Must be comfortable working with numbers and financial statements Manage estate and trust distribution process Other duties assigned Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a T&E Paralegal Must have excellent proofreading, written and oral communication skills Must be familiar with handling trusts, estates, probate, etc Salary: $75,000-$100,000
