Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize fabrication processes and ensure efficient assembly of truss components. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in truss design and structural analysis, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g. Alpine, MiTek, AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, etc.). Solid understanding of material properties, load calculations, and engineering principles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
