TRIAD ORTHODONTICS is offering a full-time opportunity as a Treatment Coordinator at our NICHOLAS RD office. We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and wants to make a positive difference in their community.

SCHEDULE:MONDAY-FRIDAY
PAY:Starting at $16.00 - $21.00
MONTHLY BONUS:Treatment Coordinators will be eligible for monthly bonuses
EXPERIENCE:1+ years in front office reception/patient coordinator

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Coordinate and schedule appointments for patientsConduct initial consultations with patients to discuss dental procedures, treatments, and associated costs to patients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their recommended treatment plansAct as liaison between Dentist and patientProvide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-up communications promptly and professionally.Discuss financial options, insurance coverage, and credit options that may be offeredRoutinely follow up with patients throughout the course of treatmentUpdate patient education materials and maintain a professional reception areaMaintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations Join our team and help drive our mission that all children, regardless of family income, deserve access to high-quality dental care, in a kid-friendly and fun environment!
