A reputable commercial general contractor is looking for a Construction Superintendent who can travel and manage commercial projects, ground up and build-out up to $7Mil.

What You Need for this Position


5+ Years of:
- field construction management, especially working for a commercial general contractor
- Retail, commercial, restaurant, education, Class A office, and/or mixed use experience
- on-site project management and administration
- cost control and contract administration
-Budgets
-Scheduling
-managing teams on the field
