Days, 7a-7:30p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, EOW

Requirements:
IL License
2 Years Experience
Must have Rehab Experience
BLS
BSN preferred
CRRN preferred
Acute Rehab Experience preferred, not necessary
Other Details:

EMR - EPIC
Acute rehab setting will benefit from exposure to rehabilitation model of care within acute/long term settings accompanied with MS background to be successful without providing up to 2 weeks of orientation training to ensure proficiency and competency in the role
