Travel Concierge Manager
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and passionate Travel Concierge Manager to join our team! In this role, you will assist in booking hotels, excursions, and more for sports teams and families traveling for tournaments and events.
As our Travel Concierge Manager, you will:
- Be the main contact for booking, planning, and managing travel arrangements for sports teams and families. This includes booking hotel rooms, transportation, events, and excursions.
- Communicate with hotel partners to request room blocks and negotiate special rates. Build strong relationships with hotels.
- Work closely with tournament organizers to ensure teams meet stay requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing issues that arise during trips.
- Oversee travel operations for multiple teams at once. Reconcile events on a weekly basis.
- Manage vendor relationships with hotels, transportation companies, and youth sports parks.
- Handle credit card and reimbursement procedures. Ensure compliance with travel policies.
- Identify ways to improve our travel programs and exceed guest expectations.
- Support business development initiatives during peak and off-season. Make sales calls, communicate with coaches/organizations directly regarding bookings.

We are looking for someone with:
- 2+ years experience in hospitality, customer service, or travel management.
- Knowledge of travel, tourism, and entertainment venues.
- Excellent computer skills and experience with reservation systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Background in travel/tourism a plus.
